摘　　要：目的探讨急性左心衰竭患者有效抢救及护理方法。方法采取吸氧、坐位、监护、准确使用各种抢救药物等措施,并实施用药护理。密切观察病情并对患者实施各种心理护理。结果 68例患者中临床情况好转趋于稳定的病例有41例,占总病例数的60.29%,临床情况反复不稳定的病例有21例,占总病例数的30.88%,临床病情恶化死亡的患者有6例,占总病例数的8.83%。结论在抢救急性左心衰患者中,采取有效的护理干预及治疗措施,及时缓解病情,严密观察病情和生命体征变化,对提高患者的抢救成功率及改善患者生活质量都具有重要的意义。Objective To investigate the acute left heart failure patients and effective rescue and nursing method.Method Adopt oxygen,sitting,monitoring,accurate use of various rescue measures and implementation of drug,medication nursing.Close observation and implementation of various mental nursing on patients.Results The cases of 68 patients in the clinical situation were better stabilized have 41 cases,accounted for 60.29% of total cases,clinical repeated instability in 21 cases,accounting for 30.88% of the total number of cases,6 patientsdied,accounting for 8.83% of the total number of cases.Conclusion In the treatment of patients with acute left heart failure,nursing intervention and treatment measures effective,timely and alleviate the condition,the strict observation condition and the change of vital signs,has important significance to improve the success rate of patients and improve the life quality of patients.
