摘 要:选择21周龄伊莎褐蛋鸡2,376只平均分成两组做对比试验,每组3个重复。加酶组代谢能比不加酶组少167kJ。结果表明:加酶组破蛋率显著低于不加酶组30%(P<0.05),产蛋率、双黄蛋率、蛋重高于不加酶组0.36%、5.3%、0.38%。对采食量和料蛋比影响不大;加酶组的粪便比不加酶组要黄,蛋禽复合酶可以改善蛋鸡肠道环境;加酶组蛋鸡粪便中粗蛋白、钙、磷、粗灰分、盐分均低于不加酶组,说明蛋鸡料中加入蛋禽复合酶能够增加营养物质的吸收率、促进营养物质的消化利用、增加体重、提高经济效益。The objective of this work is to study the effect of adding Hen-Complex-Enzyme in feed on laying performance and feed utilization in hens. 2,376 21-weeks old Isa Brown hens were randomly assigned to two groups, which are fed with the feed with (experimental group, EP) or without (control group, CG) Hen-Complex-Enzyme. The energy of feed of the experimental group than the control group is less 40 kcal. Each experiment was repeated three times. The quantity of ingestation, Egg production rate, Egg weight, Double yolks rate of EG is significantly higher than CG. The color of stool of EG is more yellow than the EG. The content of Crude protein, calcium, phosphorus, crude ash and salt in hen dung of EG are lower than CG. The results show that the feed with Hen-Complex-Enzyme can significantly improve the Environment of intestinal tract of hens, enhance the chicken absorption rate to feed.
