浅谈武术文化在青少年教育中的价值

摘　　要：武术文化是中国传统文化的一部分,对民族凝聚力和向心力有一定的作用。文章通过分析武术文化的特点,论述了武术文化对培养青少年的民族自信心和自豪感、坚强的意志品质和身心发展、树立正确的价值观、人生观等发挥应有的价值和作用。Wushu culture is a part of Chinese traditional culture, which has a role for national cohesion and centripetal force, and has produced profound philosophy during historical development and social progress. Based on the analysis of characteristics of the Wushu culture, this paper discusses the merits and functions of Wushu culture to the cultivation of teenagers national self-confidence and pride, the strong will quality and physical and mental development, setting up the correct values, outlook on life in adolescent education.
