摘  要:文章运用实验法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对原有的"三自主"教学模式进行优化,并通过教学实验对优化后的"三自主"教学模式进行验证,结果显示,优化后的"三自主"教学模式对学生选课更加公平合理,更能选到自己喜欢的项目,学生在课堂上学习的内容更适合自己,对学生的过程性评价更具有合理性,教师和学生上课的积极性都得到显著提高。这些优化都对推进大学体育精品课的建设具有十分积极的作用。The paper by experimentation, questionnaire survey and other research methods optimizes the original "Three Independent" teaching model, and through the teaching experiment to check the optimization of "Three Independent "mode/of teaching. According to the results, the optimized model of teaching is more fair and reasonable to students' course selection, students can choose their favorite courses; students learning content in classroom is more suitable for themselves; process evaluation of students is more reasonable; the enthusiasm of teachers and students have been improved significantly. These optimizations have very positive effects to promote the construction of college excellent sports course.
