摘　　要：在技术融合的推动下,原有产业发生产业融合。技术融合是多种技术融合与生成,改变了原有知识体系,产业融合后的新兴产业需要跨学科专业、理论与技能一体化的复合型工程人才。高校要针对产业融合对新型工程人才的需求特征,创新工程人才培养模式,建立与之相适应的人才培养体系。高校只有在合适的人才培养体系中培养出满足产业发展需要的工程人才,才能从根本上促进大学毕业生就业难问题的解决。With the promotion of technology integration, industrial convergence is a increasing trend of industrial development. Technology integration is the result of multi-technology fusion and restructuring. Because of the change of original knowledge systems due to technology integration, the new industries brought by industrial convergence, call for interdisciplinary talents who have cross-disciplinary backgrounds with both theoretical knowledge and skills. In this context, to adapt to the demand characteristics of new type engineering professionals, it is the tasks of institutions of higher to innovate the mode of engineering talent training and to modify its teaching system,Only with training qualified engineering talents using the appropriate cultivation system of talents, the difficulty of obtaining employment for university students could be resolved from the root.
