摘　　要：从大学生就业的需求、观念、心理、指导、道德等五个维度对大学生就业现状进行剖析,认为构建大学生就业工作的长效机制应包括:与社会实践结合的联动机制、全程化就业指导的引导机制、就业资源开发与信息共享的互助机制、与思想政治教育构成的融合机制,从而有效缓解大学生就业难的问题,确保大学生就业工作的顺利进行。The article attempts to analyze the present situation of the employment of Chinese college students from the five dimensions of demand, conception, mind, guidance and morality, and proposes to construct a long-term effective mechanism for the promotion of college students＇ employment, which includes linkage mechanism combined with social practice, piloting mechanism designed for whole course employment guidance, mutual assistance mechanism based on development of employment resources and information sharing, fusion mechanism integrated with ideological and political education. Hence, the employment pressure on Chinese college students will be significantly relieved and the promotion of Chinese college students will be carried out smoothly.
