摘　　要：社会转型期的大学生思想政治教育 ,要在三方面加强和改进 :即马列主义基础理论、社会实践和形势政策。同时要处理好两个关系 ,一是思想政治素质同整个人才素质的关系 ,二是德育同智育的关系。The moral and political education to the college students in the new era should be stressed in three aspects: to strengthen the education of the basic theory of Maxism, the social practice, the current affairs and policies. At the same time, attention must be paid to deal with the relation well. That is the relation between the moral and political quality and the personal talents and educational quality training.
