摘 要:首台国产330 MW循环流化床(CFB)锅炉为带有紧凑式分流回灰器的CFB锅炉。为保证锅炉的稳定可靠及经济运行,对该台CFB锅炉的调节方案进行了研究。分析了床温、床压、风量及石灰石量的调节方法,提出了控制策略和实施方案。控制策略的主要特点是锅炉的床温和再热蒸汽温度采用紧凑分流回灰换热器进行控制和调节。实际运行结果表明,锅炉调节方式灵活可靠,热循环回路温度分布均匀,并具有高效燃烧和良好的变负荷性能。The firsl domestic proprietaty 330-MW eireulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler is developed with a eompat-type returning ash heal exchanger ((.:HE) allaehed. In order to ensure the stable and economical operation of this boiler, sludies on ils regulating scheme are performed. Based on Ihe analysis of the methods to regulate the bed pressure, bed temperature, air flow rate and limeslnne rate, a control scheme and corresponding implementation plan are proposed. The control scheme is characterized by adopting the CtlE Io adjust the bed temperature and rehealed steam temperature. The operation resuhs show thai the boiler regulation is quite reliable and flexible, and Ihe temperahwe in the hot circulating loop is uniformly distributed. In addition, the boiler turns out to be of high combustion efficiency with excellent h,ad variation performanee.
