摘　　要：分析了Windows自带VPN拨号程序的缺点,以及客户对VPN的需求,在RAS API和IPHelper API基础上,使用C#和DotRAS组件实现了一个零配置和具有策略路由功能的PPTP VPN客户端。The paper analyzed the weakness of VPN dial-up program coming with Windows. A solution based on RAS API and Iphelper API was presented to meet the demand of users. Finally we implement a zero-configuration policy routing PPTP VPN client using C# language and DotRAS component.
