摘　　要：网络与人民的生产生活息息相关,随着人民生产生活对网络依赖的增强,网络的升级改造已成为目前各行各业各单位面临的紧迫工程,网络升级改造中的相关细节也越来越受到重视,就网络升级改造中的若干问题提供了许多宝贵经验。旨在通过以实例案例形式分析网络升级改造中的相关细节问题,揭示其普遍的网改意义。Network is closely related to people＇ s production and living ,people＇ life become more anda more dependent on network,so the upgrading and rebuilding of network has been the urgent project that all businesses will faee now,the detail of which will be attached more and more importance,the article provide many valuable experience on these issue in network upgrading an rebuilding.The paper aims at revealing the universal meaning of network rebuilding through analyzing the relevant details of the network upgrading by instance case.
