摘　　要：医疗质量监控系统的使用者是医院负责医疗质量安全的管理部门。该系统通过手工填报和自动数据挖掘相结合的方式,将可能出现医疗质量缺陷的事故提前发现,呈现给管理部门,使医疗质量缺陷做到事前防范,实际使用中取得了很好的效果。Users of medical quality Monitoring system is the hospital responsible for the management of health care quality and safety.
