摘　　要：目的 探讨冠状动脉介入术后并发血管迷走反射患者的有效护理措施.方法 回顾性分析解放军总医院心血管病中心2007年1月至2012年1月行冠状动脉介入术后并发血管迷走反射的32例患者的抢救过程,总结临床护理经验、预防措施及抢救流程.结果 因护理发现及时,保持有效静脉通路,拔管时医护密切配合,重视拔管时患者精神状态,针对高危人群提前备好抢救用药等措施,32例患者均未发生严重并发症.结论 减少冠状动脉介入术后血管迷走反射的发生重在预防,及早发现,加强拔除鞘管时的医护配合,有助于降低血管迷走反射的发生.Objective To investigate the nursing care effect of percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） related vasovagal reflex（VVR）.Methods This retrospect study was designed to evaluate the PCI related VVR in Cardiovascular center of PLA General Hospital in the latest 5 years.Totally 32 patients occured VVR.The preventive and therapeutic experience about nursing care was evaluated.Results Among 32 patients with VVR,no severe complications were found in all subjects with the following preventive and therapeutic procedures：intensive nursing care,keep the venous vein passage,cooperation between nurses and doctors,pay attention to the patient＇s mood and general characteristics,well preparation of rescue procedures.Conclusions The intensive nursing care,well preparation of preventive and therapeutic procedures,and cooperation between nurses and doctors are the effective methods to avoid the occurence of VVR.
