植物生长调节剂对蝴蝶兰花芽诱导的研究

摘　　要：利用4种植物生长调节剂,分别在试验蝴蝶兰的叶腋处涂抹,调查研究不同植物生长调节剂的不同浓度对蝴蝶兰生殖生长指标的影响。从花芽分化率、开花率、至第一小花天数、第一小花盛开天数、第一小花直径、花序长、A级率等综合分析,筛选出的最佳植物生长调节剂处理为:CCC浓度为3000mg/L,能够显著提前开花143d,花期163d,花序20.18cm,第一小花直径12cm,A级率44.4%。Uses four species plant growth regulators ,respectively in test Butterfly orchid of Axilla Department smudge ,investigation different plant grow th regulators of different concentration on Butterfly orchid reproductive growth indicators of effect ,from bud differentiation rate ,flowering rate ,to first small spent days ,first small spent bloom days ,first small spent diameter ,inflores-cence long ,A level rate ,integrated analysis ,filter out of best plant grow th regulators processing for ：CCC concentration for 3000mg/L ,Can significantly advance 143d during flowering ,flower-ing 163d ,Stamen 20 .18cm ,the first small diameter 12cm ,A ratio 44 .4% .
