摘 要:将15kHz的高频振动叠加到厚度1.0mm的5052铝板与1.2mm厚AZ31镁板的冲裁过程,以研究不同振幅高频振动对轻合金冲裁载荷以及剪切断面宏、微观形态的影响.实验发现:振动能够降低冲裁变形抗力,且降低幅度与振幅、冲裁间隙等因素有关,其中振动对5052铝板冲裁断面质量以及冲裁力的影响较AZ31镁板明显;5052铝板冲裁间隙为0.05mm时,叠加振动后宏观断口的平均光亮带宽度增加,间隙为0.15mm时,AZ31镁板的冲裁断面质量随着振幅增加反而下降;微观形态上,5052铝板韧性断裂的韧窝数量随振幅增加而减少,AZ31镁板由于主要是脆性解理断裂,振动对其断裂面的影响相对较小.5052 aluminum and AZ31 magnesium alloy sheets, with thickness of 1.0 mm and 1.2 mm respectively, were blanked in company of high frequency vibration of 15 kHz to study the effect of vibration on cutting load, macro and micro appearance of the fracture section. Results show that cutting load decreases with the high frequency vibration, and the amount depends upon the vibration amplitude and blanking clearance. The vibration influence the cutting loads and the section appearance of 5052 sheets more than AZ31 sheets. Under the blanking clearance of 0.05 mm, the average smooth cut zone width in macro section of 5052 sheets will increase with the vibration. Under the blanking clearance of 0.15 mm, the quality of cutting section of AZ31 sheets will decrease with the vibration. On the micro level, 5052 sheets show a ductile fracture mode combines with dimples and pure shear fracture, and the number of dimples deceases with the vibration. The vibration influence microtopography of cut section of AZ31 sheets with the characters of a fragile cleavage fracture a little.
