摘 要:针对大功率模块的驱动需求,设计了一种低成本的大功率高频驱动器.基于信号调制型磁隔离调制原理,采用脉冲信号耦合和重构方法实现驱动信号的可靠隔离和双向传递;采用高隔离型DC/DC供电模块提高信号隔离效果,降低制造成本;采用欠饱和检测和盲区时间优化控制来解决功率模块短路/过流的准确检测难题;通过软关断方式实现过压保护,利用非神经超前保护机制实现快速而有效的保护;最后,利用大功率移相软开关实验平台,开展了文中设计的驱动器和国外同类先进产品的对比驱动实验.结果表明,所设计的驱动器的驱动能力强,耗能和温升更低,驱动波形好,成本低,能满足大功率模块的高频驱动需求.In order to meet the drive requirements for high-power modules, a low-cost high-frequency driver is pro- posed. In this driver, based on the magnetic insulation and modulation principle of modulated signals, the pulse signal coupling and reconstruction methods are adopted to realize the reliable insulation and bi-direction transmi- ssion of driving signals, isolated DC/DC converters are used as the power supply to reduce the manufacturing cost and enhance the isolation, the undersaturation detection and the blind-zone time optimization control are employed to precisely detect short circuit/over current, the soft turn-off method is used to implement the over-voltage protection, and the preflexive mechanism is adopted to realize the fast and reliable protection of power module. Moreover, some driving experiments on a high-power phase-shifting soft switching platform are carried out to compare the proposed driver with some other parallel power modules. The results indicate that the proposed driver is of powerful drive energy, low power consumption and temperature rise, perfect driving waveform and low cost, so that it fulfills the high-frequency driving requirement for high-power modules.
