体育强国建设进程中转变农村体育发展方式研究

摘　　要：针对我国农村村落布局分散、农村人口文化水平较低、体育文化推广宣传缺位、农村人口流变与城市失业增长相互出现、农村体育组织机构缺失,体育健身指导员匮乏等问题,指出地方政府应提供和创造平台推动城市剩余知识劳动力向农村转移、充分利用当地学校体育教师以及高校体育专业学生资源,定期到农村指导农民锻炼,将社会实践与体育教师、体育专业学生年终业绩、评优、获得学分进行挂钩,以及利用各省市体校退役运动员,对其进行培训以获得体育社会指导员资格证,提升我国体育社会指导员的数量和质量,为指导全民健身工程建设服务,为推动我国农村体育发展和建设体育强国战略献策献力。The disorder of village layout, high illiteracy among rural population, insufficient promotion for sports culture, population drift overlapped by urban jobless people with education, absence of rural sports institutions and lack of sports guiders for rural population - all these constitute problems plaguing rural sports which call on the local governments to take actions. They should offer advantage to distribute extra urban intellectuals to move to the rural areas, where they could make best use of local resources to engage villagers into sports. In this way, the combination of P. E. teaching with social practice, a means to integrate grade, appraisal and credit build - up, can be achieved. Those professionals who have retired from com- petitions could be employed to be the guide for qualification program, which could enhance sports for whole nation project in China. Hopefully, these proposals could offer guidance for China to develop its rural sports and be a sports power in the days to come.
