绩效评估视角下我国普通高校篮球高水平运动队评估指标体系的构建研究

摘　　要：从绩效评估角度出发,依据高校篮球项目高水平运动队建设的效率和效益、过程和结果。运用文献资料法、专家咨询法、特尔菲法、关键绩效指标法分析运动队建设决策层、管理层、操作层、建设效果衡量4个层面的指标,通过层次分析法和数理统计法,构建出包含组织与领导、资源条件、运动队管理、办队绩效、学校群体工作状况5个一级指标,18个二级指标和41个三级指标的综合评估指标体系,并确定各级指标权重,实现对篮球项目高水平运动队的全面评估。：Based on the perspective of performance evaluation, the paper takes account of efficiency, benefit, process and result of Chinese universities and colleges＇ high-level basketball teams. It analyses 4 levels KPI from decision, management, operation and evaluation of building effects by using the methods of document, expert consultation, Delphi and KPI. Then, it constructs evaluation index system, includes 5 first - class indexes organization and leadership, resources, management, performance and students＇ sports, 18 second- class indexes and 41 thirdclass indexes, by using the methods of AHP and mathematical statistics.
