摘 要:目的建立紫花地丁配方颗粒的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价其质量提供依据。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Waters Xbridge C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以甲醇(A)、0.4%(体积分数)H3PO4(B)为流动相进行梯度洗脱;检测波长236 nm;流速0.8 mL/min;柱温25℃。结果建立了紫花地丁配方颗粒的指纹图谱,确定了11个共有峰,各批紫花地丁配方颗粒样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.9以上。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,能有效地对紫花地丁配方颗粒的质量进行评价。Objective To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Viola yedoensis formula granules by HPLC and provide a reference for quality evaluation of Viola yedoensis formula granules.Methods The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by the Waters Xbridge C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of methanol(A)-0.4% phosphoric(B).The detective wavelength was set at 236 nm.The flow rate was 0.8 mL / min and the column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃.Results 11 common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Viola yedoensis formula granules and good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9 were found in fingerprints between the different samples of Viola yedoensis formula granules and the standard fingerprint.Conclusion The method with good reproducibility is simple and accurate.It can be used as a quality control method for Viola yedoensis formula granules.
