摘  要:基于三维CAD模型建立了某航空电子设备PCB组件的有限元仿真模型。通过有限元模态分析结果与实验模态分析结果的对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性。在此基础上进行了3种不同阻尼设置下的随机振动分析,并进行了实物的随机振动实验。分别比较了仿真和实验得到的均方根(RMS)值和功率谱密度(PSD)响应。最后得出结论:常数阻尼比0.01并叠加模态阻尼时的仿真结果与实验数据最接近;模态分析时应覆盖激励谱的全部频率。The finite element model of a PCB assembly of avionics is established based on 3D CAD model. The finite element model is verified by comparing the results derived from finite element modal analysis with that obtained from experiment modal analysis. Based on the verification, the random vibration analysis is carried out for three different damping settings, the PCB is tested under the excitation of a vibrator. The RMS values and PSI) (Power Spectral Density) response curves obtained from simulation and experiment are compared. Finally, two conclusions are got: with constant damping ratio 0.01 and modal damping added, the simulation results are closest to the experimental data; in modal analysis the frequencies extracted should cover the full range of excitation spectrum.
