摘  要:为了提高液体静压轴承的刚度和精度,文中以某大型相控阵雷达天线座静压轴承设计为例,介绍了液体静压轴承的结构特点和关键参数设计。径向止推轴承采用油垫与底座整体铸造、加工的结构形式,简单紧凑,而轴向支撑采用双层油垫的结构形式和结构优化设计,使轴承刚度和抗倾覆能力大大提高,同时天线座轴系精度提高至5″以内,很好地满足了大型雷达系统对天线座的性能指标要求。In order to improve the rigidity and precision of the hydrostatic bearing, this paper introduces the structural characteristics and key design parameters of liquid hydrostatic bearing for a large phased-array radar antenna pedestal. The radial bearing adopts the simple and compact structure with oil-pad and pedestal manu- factured together, while the axial support adopts the structure with double-layer oil-pad and structure optimiza- tion design is carried out, As a result, the rigidity and overturning stability of the hydrostatic bearing have been greatly improved and the axis train precision of the antenna pedestal has also been improved (within 5"), which satisfies the performance and precision requirement of large phased-array radar system.
