异丙威烟剂中异丙威、克百威、硫丹和哒螨灵的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：本文采用气相色谱法测定异丙威烟剂中异丙威、克百威、硫丹和哒螨灵的含量,以磷酸三苯酯为内标物,采用丙酮溶解,使用DB-1毛细管柱(30m×0.53mm×0.25μm)和FID检测器,对试样进行气相色谱分离和测定。该分析方法中异丙威、克百威、硫丹和哒螨灵线性相关系数分别为0.999 9、0.999 5、0.999 97、0.999 95,标准偏差分别为0.025、0.041、0.046和0.035,变异系数分别为1.23%、1.73%、1.48%、1.31%,平均回收率分别为99.1%、101.8%、99.0%、99.2%。In this paper, the content of Isoprocarb Carbofuran Endosulfan and Pyridaben in Isoprocarb Smoke generator was determined by GC, with Triphenyl phosphate as internal standard, dissolved with acetone, and using DB-1 capillary column, 30mx0.53mmx0.25p^m, and hydrogen flame ionization detector （FID） to separate and determinate the sample. The linear correlation of Isoprocarb Carbofuran Endosulfan and Pyridaben is 0.999 9, 0.999 5, 0.999 97, 0.999 95, the standard deviation is 0.025, 0.041, 0.046, 0.035, and the average reeoverie is 1.23%, 1.73%, 1.48%, 1.31%. This method is simple, convenient and feasible, can for pesticide market supervision to provide technical support.
