摘　　要：依据《医疗技术临床应用管理办法》和《三级综合医院评审标准实施细则(2011版)》要求,探索在现有条件下落实《手术分级管理制度》。具体做法是调研、制定可行性标准,修订出台专项制度:手术医师资格准入、手术分级授权与动态管理、建立手术医师技术档案。制度管理和落实到每位医师;实时监督、动态管理。制度的落实对明确医师权限、确保手术安全和手术质量有重要作用;对提高医师手术技能、加强医院学科建设有促进作用。To explore the implementation of the Management Rules for Operation Grading based on current situations. Some actions were taken including qualifying of surgeons, operation grade-based authorizing, dynamic management and setting up technical archives of surgeons. Detailed procedures are according to Regulation of Clinical Application of Medical Skills and Detailed Execu- tive Reviewing Standards for Grade -ⅢHospitals （ 2011 ）, and included investigation, establishment of practical criteria, revision and release of specific rules. The implementation of rules has played important roles in clarifying the authority of doctors, guarantee- ing the safety and quality of operations, as well as in promoting skills of doctors and improving hospital academic levels.
