摘　　要：基于Web的诊疗信息平台采用符合国标、行标、地标的信息标准和数据规范,通过J2EE技术框架,建立数据层、服务层和应用层,实现病案管理、统计分析以及质量管理等功能,优化病案管理流程,最大程度的实现病案无纸化管理,保证诊疗信息平台的可靠性、完整性、安全性,极大地提高了医院病案管理的效率和质量。The Web-based medical information platform adopts information standards and data specification in line with the na- tional standard, line marked and landmark, and builds the data layer, service layer and application layer through J2EE technology framework. All those result in achieving some functions such as medical record management, statistical analysis and quality manage- ment, optimizing the medical record management process and greatest degree of paperless, keeping the medical information platform reliability, integrity and security, and greatly improving the efficiency and quality of the hospital medical record management.
