摘　　要：我国拥有世界最多的职业病人群,经济损失大,危害面广,在可预见的将来职业病人群仍将继续上升。我们应加强职业医学临床人才的培养和建设,从人才战略、源头培养、人才科学管理和使用等多个环节改善目前职业医学临床医师人才的不足。Our country has the world＇ s most occupational diseases population. Occupational diseases in China generate great eco- nomic losses as well as damages in many fields. In the foreseeable future occupational diseases population will continue to rise. We should strengthen the training and construction of professional medical clinical talents, complete the professional medical clinicians tal- ent shortage from talent strategy, source culture, scientific management and usage.
