不同负荷训练致新兵机体损伤评估及丹参、消旋山莨菪碱干预效应

摘  要:目的 探讨新兵不同负荷训练对机体脏器功能影响及丹参、消旋山莨菪碱的干预效果.方法 选取2012年入伍武警某部男性新兵416例,年龄17~20岁,不间断的递增负荷进行体能素质耐力训练90天.按训练期分为四组:训练前(对照组);训练30天;训练60天;训练90天.用化学方法分别对四组标本进行血BUN,Cr,UA,CysC,β2-MG,Ccr,cTnI,Myo,CK-MB及尿mAlb,β2-MG,γ-GGT测定.且从第61天开始每人口服丹参 20 mg/日,隔日皮下给予肌肉注射消旋山莨菪碱1 ml:10 mg/日,连续药物干预30天.结果 四组实验结果显示:随训练负荷递增及时间推移,各指标在训练30天,60天较训练前呈明显升高(P〈0.05),60天较30天升高显著(P〈0.05),90天各生化指标具有不同程度的逆转作用,由负荷训练引起异常指标均可恢复到正常水平.结论 血BUN,Cr,UA,CysC,β2-MG,Ccr,cTnI,Myo,CK-MB及尿mAlb,β2-MG,γ-GGT变化可以反映新兵负荷训练对心肌、肾功能损伤的程度不同,丹参及消旋山莨菪碱分别对心脏及肾脏有抗氧化保护作用,可用于早期预防,提高新兵身体素质.Objective To explore the intervention effect of recruits different load training on organs of salvia miltiorrhiza,and effects of anisodamine. Methods selected 416 men of new recruits of military police in 2012,age 17~20 years old,uninter- rupted increasing load of physical endurance training for 90 days. According to the training period was divided into four groups:before training (control group);30 days of training; training for 60 days, 90 days of training. By using chemical method respectively in four groups of specimens of blood BUN, Cr, UA, CysC, β2-MG, Ccr, cTnl, Myo, CK-MB and urine mAlb,β2-MG,γ-GGT determination. And the beginning of each oral salvia miltiorrhiza 20 mg/day from 61 days,tertian sub- cutaneous injection of anisodamine 1 ml : 10 mg/day,continuous drug intervention for 30 days. Results Four groups of ex- perimental results showed that:with the increasing training load and time, each index in the training of 30 days, 60 days com- pared with before training was significantly increased (P〈0. 05), 60 days more than 30 days increased significantly (P〈0. 05),90 days biochemical index had reverse effect in different degree,training by load caused by abnormal index could be recovered to the normal level. Conclusion Serum BUN,Cr,UA,CysC,β2-MG,Ccr,eTnI,Myo,CK-MB and urine mAlb,β2- MG,7-GGT variation can reflect the boot load training on myocardial,kidney function damage degree, salvia miltiorrhiza and raceanisodamine respectively have protective effect on heart and kidney, can be used for early prevention, to improve the level of physical quality.
