脑卒中患者疲劳状况及其相关因素的研究

摘　　要：目的调查脑卒中患者的疲劳状况,并分析影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查问卷、个人疲劳强度量表、国际通用SPIEGEL睡眠量表对207例住院治疗的脑卒中患者进行调查。结果患者个人疲劳强度量表总分为(90.19±22.19)分,有疲劳症状者136例,占65.70%。患者年龄、锻炼情况和睡眠情况是患者疲劳状况的主要影响因素。结论应密切关注脑卒中患者的疲劳状况,并指导患者进行锻炼,改善患者睡眠质量,以缓解其疲劳症状,提高脑卒中患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the status and related factors of fatigue in patients with stroke.Methods A total of 207 stroke patients were investigated by general survey questionnaire,Checklist Individual Strength （CIS） and international SPIEGEL scale.Results The total score of fatigue was （90.19 ± 22.19）,a total of 136 patients with fatigue,accounted 65.70％.The main related factors were age,exercise and sleeping quality.Condusion Nurses should pay more attention to patients＇fatigue and try to reduce fatigue by guiding patients to exercise and improving sleep quality,thereby to improve the quality of life of patients with stroke.
