摘　　要：目的通过高危新生儿医院感染目标监测,发现感染隐患,规范护理行为,降低医院感染率。方法根据感染高危因素,确定监测项目,设计监测表格,制订各类监测人员职责,按照职责要求实施目标监测,进行环节质量控制。结果实施医院感染目标监测后,高危新生儿医院感染率下降(P<0.05)。结论高危新生儿医院感染目标监测的环节和过程控制能规范护理行为,可有效降低医院感染率。Objective To find the risks of infections,standardize nursing behaviors and reduce hospital infection rate through hospital infection target monitoring in high-risk neonatal.Methods The methods included confirming monitoring variables,designing monitoring tables and identifying the duties and responsibilices of all staffs,carrying out monitoring in accordance with the responsibilities required,and conducting link quality control according to the high-risk factors of infection.Result Infection rate of high-risk neonatal was decreased after implementation of hospital infection target monitoring （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Link and process control of hospital infection target monitoring in high-risk neonatal can regulate nursing behaviors and reduce hospital infection rate effectively.
