摘　　要：目的探讨六西格玛管理法提高三级综合医院手术室工作效率的效果。方法应用六西格玛管理法,采用定义、测量、分析、改进、控制模式,实施流程改进。结果准时开台率提高(P<0.05),手术超过16︰00的百分率和周转时间均降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),患者满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论应用六西格玛管理法可以在不增加支出的情况下,提高手术室的工作效率。Objective To explore the improvement of operating room efficiency based on Six Sigma methoddogy in a three class general hospital.Methods Six Sigma methodology was used in operating room,DMAIC mode （define,measure,analyze,improve and control） was implemented to improve process management.Results The rate of on-time starts was improved （P ＜ 0.05）.The percentage of operation overtime （16：00） and average turnaround time were decreased （P ＜ 0.01 or P ＜ 0.05）.The patients satisfaction was significantly improved （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Implementation of Six Sigma methodology can improve operating room efficiency in condition of no extra expenditure.
