摘　　要：建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定马钱子总生物碱缓释片中士的宁和马钱子碱质量浓度的方法.色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-乙酸-三乙胺(76∶230∶2.4∶0.3),检测波长为254 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃.士的宁与马钱子碱分别在1.2～14.4μg/mL和1.0～12.0μg/mL质量浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.58%、99.91%,RSD分别为0.57%、1.15%.本方法简便、准确、专属性强,可用于该制剂的质量控制.This paper established the method for the content determination of strychnine and brucine in strychnos total alkaloids sustained - release tablets. HPLC was conducted on a Di- amonsil C18（250 mm×4.6mm,5μm） with mobile phase consisted of Methanol -water- acetic acid - tri - ethylamine （76： 230： 2.4： 0.3） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The UV de- tection wavelength was set at 254 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The linear range of strychnine and brucine was 1.2 - 14.4 μg/mL and 1.0 - 12.0 μg/mL with an average recovery of 99.58% ,99.91% ,The RSD of strychnine and brucine was 0.57%, 1. 15%. The method is simple and accurate for the content determination of strychnos sustained - re- lease tablets.
