摘　　要：从城市水资源系统的角度,构建城市水资源可持续开发利用综合评价指标体系,提出4个准则层指标和26个基础层指标.利用主观赋权和客观赋权相结合的综合权重法进行赋权.根据权重综合计算得到哈尔滨市水资源可持续开发利用综合评价指数.评价结果可表明哈尔滨市水资源可持续开发利用情况,可为哈尔滨市城市水资源的管理规划及相关政策制定提供科学依据.Four criterion layers and twenty-six basic layers were proposed from the perspec- tive of urban water resources system and evaluation index system of sustainable development and utilization of urban water resources in Harbin was established. Comprehensive evaluation index was calculated by using the synthetic weight method which was the combination of sub- jective weight and objective weight. The evaluation results can indicate the sustainable devel- opment and utilization of urban water resources in Harbin. In addition, the results can pro- vide a scientific basis for making management planning and relevant policy of urban water re- sources in Harbin.
