摘　　要：制备了聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸/二氧化钛复合固相萃取填料,并制备了萃取小柱.采用固相萃取与液相色谱联用测定了减肥饼干和减肥咖啡中盐酸芬氟拉明.在0.1～0.6 mg/mL范围内,色谱峰面积与标准溶液的质量浓度呈现了良好的线性关系相关系数(R2)为0.999 6,方法的最低检测限为0.073 mg/g,测定结果的加标回收率分别为:减肥饼干87.6%,减肥咖啡92.8%.考察了柱温、流动相配比及流速对色谱峰面积和保留时间的影响,确定了最佳液相色谱分析条件.Solid phase extraction packing of poly （ styrene - co - methacrylic acid ） and the column were prepared in this paper. Determined the fenfluramine hydrochloride in diet cook- ie and diet coffee by SPE/HPLC. In the range from 0.1 - 0.6 mg/mL, the relationship be- tween the peak area and concentration of fenfluramine hydrochloride was linear, the coeffi- cient correlation was 0. 999 6. The limit of detective was 0. 073 mg/g. The average recoveries were 87.6% （diet cookie ）and 92.8% （diet coffee）. The best HPLC condition was deter- mined depending on the relation between the peak area to column temperature, moving phase proportion and mobile phase flow rate.
