摘  要:目的测定三种石斛中微量元素的含量,并探讨鼓槌石斛多糖水提法的提取工艺,为其开发利用提供依据。方法采用全反射X射线荧光光谱仪对3种石斛中微量元素进行分析测定;探讨水提法提取多糖的工艺参数,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。结果 3种石斛中富含对人体有益的Fe、Zn、Cu微量元素;最佳水提多糖的工艺条件为:料液比1:20、提取时间1 h、提取次数3次。结论 3种石斛的微量元素种类基本相同,且均富含Fe、Zn、Cu微量元素;优选得到的鼓槌石斛多糖水提工艺稳定可行。Objective To determine the contents of trace elements in three species of Dendrobium and optimize the extraction conditions of Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl. polysaccharides (DCP) in Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl. Methods Trace elements in Dendrobium were determined with S2 PICOFOX TRXRF; The optimum conditions for the extraction of DCP were investigated using orthogonal design, and the phenol-sulfuric acid method was used for polysaccharide determinnation. Results The three species of Dendrobium contained a lot of Fe, Zn, Cu and so on. The optimum conditions was as follows: the ratio of solid material to liquid was 1:20, extraction time l h for one time. Conclusion The kind of the trace elements in three species of Dendrobium are basi.cally the lame, They are all rich in Fe, Zn, Cu. The optimal extration condition for DCP are obtained in this study.
