摘  要:目的建立测定白芍中芍药苷的LC-UV含量测定方法。考察安徽亳州产道地药材,亳白芍生品及其炮制品中芍药苷的含量。方法采用LC-UV法,Agilent TC-C18(2)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.10%磷酸水(15:85)为流动相,等度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温25℃,检测波长为230nm测定芍药苷。结果安徽亳州产白芍原药材中芍药苷的含量均达到1.6%以上,其炮制品中芍药苷的含量较低。结论白芍生品符合《中国药典》2010版的要求,可供药用。通过白芍原药材及其常见炮制品中芍药苷的测定结果,可为安徽亳州产白芍的品质评价、炮制方法和临床用药提供理论支持。Objective To determine the contents of paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba and its different processed products in Bozhou by LC-UV .Methods A LC-UV method was established with a Agilent TC-C18(2) column(5μm, 4.6×250 mm ), a mobile phase of acetonitrile- 0.10%H3PO4 ( 15:85), 1.0 mLomin1 and a detection wavelength of 230 nm in order to determine the contents of Paeoniflorin. The column temperature was maintained at 25 ℃. Results The average content of paeoniflorin in the decoction of Paeoniae Radix Alba in Bozhou was higher than 1.60%, and different processed products was lower. Conclusion Paeoniae Radix Alba in Bozhou meet the requirement in the Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China (2010 Edition). It could use as Chinese herb and provide a theory basis for the evaluation of original medicinal plants and common different processed products ofPaeonia lactiflora Pall.
