摘　　要：文化产业发展成为新疆跨越式发展中的重要组成部分,针对新疆文化产业发展的现状,要从发展战略上形成正确的认识。树立文化产业发展对文化安全及国家安全有重要意义的认识,注重对文化资源采取保护与开发并重原则,采用"引进来"与"走出去"的战略,对实现新疆文化产业的快速健康发展至关重要。The development of culture industry has become an important part in the leaping development of Xinjiang. According to the current situation,we should have the correct understanding on development strategy in the development of culuture industry in Xinjiang. Establishing the awareness of culture industry development has significance for the culture security and national security, taking the principle of equal at- tention on protection and development in using culture resources, and taking the ＂bringing in＇and ＂going out＂ strategy,is essential to achieve the rapid and healthy deyelopment of culuture industry in Xinjiang.
