摘  要:目的建立一种快速、灵敏的测定一次性使用医用橡胶手套中可迁移亚硝胺成分的气相色谱-热能分析联用仪(GC-TEA)测定法。方法采用CP-Wax 58(25 m×0.32 mm×1.2μm)毛细管色谱柱,气化室温度:初始温度为50℃,保持1 min,然后以75℃/min的速率升至200℃。色谱柱温度:初始温度为40℃,然后以14℃/min的速率升至230℃。热解室温度为500℃,耦合温度为200℃。载气:氦气,流速2.5 mL/min。结果线性范围为5~160 ng/mL(r=0.997 9~0.998 9),平均加样回收率NDMA 90.16%,RSD=1.73%;NEMA 90.10%,RSD=1.96%;NDEA 90.27%,RSD=1.08%;NDiPA 89.56%,RSD=2.17%;NDPA 88.62%,RSD=1.94%;NDBA 90.82%,RSD=1.91%;NPIP 90.65%,RSD=1.67%;NPYR 90.13%,RSD=1.74%;NMOR 90.30%,RSD=1.95%。结论本方法操作简便,灵敏,准确,可用于一次性使用医用橡胶手套中可迁移亚硝胺成分的含量测定。Objective To established a method for the determination of nitrosamines migration in medical natural rubber latex gloves by GC-TEA.Method The CP-Wax 58(25 m×0.32 mm×1.2 μm) was used as capillary column.The injector temperature was 50 ℃,(hold for 1min) and increased at the rate of 75 ℃/min to 200 ℃.The column temperature program was initially 40 ℃ and increased at the rate of 14 ℃/min to 230 ℃.The temperature of the pyrolysis was 500 ℃.The temperature of the coupling was 200 ℃.The nitrogen was used as the carrier gas.The velocity of flow was 2.5 mL/min.Results The standard curves linear range was 5~160 ng/mL(r=0.997 9~0.998 9).The average recovery was NDMA 90.16%,RSD=1.73%;NEMA 90.10%,RSD=1.96%;NDEA 90.27%,RSD=1.08%;NDiPA 89.56%,RSD=2.17%;NDPA 88.62%,RSD=1.94%;NDBA 90.82%,RSD=1.91%;NPIP 90.65%,RSD=1.67%;NPYR 90.13%,RSD=1.74%;NMOR 90.30%,RSD=1.95%.Conclusion The method is accurate,simple,and repeatable.It can be used to determine the nitrosamines migration in medical natural rubber latex gloves.
