2011～2012年抗菌药物专项整治对某院抗菌药物应用的影响

摘　　要：目的通过对本院抗菌药物专项整治活动的情况进行回顾性分析,总结经验,找出存在的问题,提高抗菌药物合理应用水平。方法分别统计2011-07和2012-07本院抗菌药物品种、剂型构成比,金额比例,以用药频度(DDDs)排序出前20位药品,并对比分析整治前后抗菌药物使用情况。结果整治后该院抗菌药物品种构成合理,抗菌药物金额比例由19.12%降至13.37%;门诊患者抗菌药物使用率由25.05%降至17.4%;急诊患者抗菌药物使用率由61.67%降至45.27%;住院患者抗菌药物使用率由62.61%降至56.05%;抗菌药物使用强度为56.11 DDD,明显高于规定的40 DDD。结论该院抗菌药物的临床合理使用水平比整治前明显提高,但仍需加强对抗菌药物合理使用的监测,促进合理用药。Objective To sum up experiences and identify problems in order to improve the level of rational application of antibiotics,through investigating and analyzing the situation of special rectification activities of antimicrobial agents in the hospital.Methods The constituent ratio of kinds and dosage form and amount of money of antibiotics were analyzed in July 2011 and July 2012.The proportion of antimicrobial drugs in the total in terms of consumption sum and the top 20 drugs on the DDDs list were analyzed statistically.Results The kinds,dosage form and constituent ratio of antibiotics was reasonable in this hospital after remediation.The rate of sales amount of antibacterial was decreased from 19.12% to 13.37%,the application rate of outpatient antimicrobial was decreased from 25.05% to 17.4%,the application rate of emergency antimicrobial was decreased from 61.67% to 45.27%,the application rate of hospitalization patients antimicrobial wais decreased from 62.61% to 56.05%,the total antibiotic application density which stood at 56.11 DDD was significantly higher than the specified value of 40 DDD.Conclusion The level of rational application antimicrobial drugs is improved significantly after the special rectification.But monitoring the application of antibiotics to promote clinical rational application antibiotics is urgent.
