普外科Ⅰ类切口手术不使用抗菌药物预防感染的情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析本院普外科Ⅰ类切口手术不使用抗菌药物预防感染的患者情况。方法对2011-08～12和2012-08～12甲状腺、乳腺、疝气修补术3种Ⅰ类切口手术,术后患者情况进行回顾性比对分析。结果非特殊Ⅰ类切口手术没有使用抗菌药物患者的体温、血常规、住院天数无明显变化。结论非特殊Ⅰ类切口手术不使用抗菌药物不会增加患者感染的机率,有利于阻止耐药菌的发展,降低药物不良反应的发生率,减少药品费用。Objective To analyze the condition of those patients undergoing type 1 incision of general surgery without application of antimicrobials in a hospital.Methods The records of patients undergoing three categories type I incision surgery（thyroid surgery,breast surgery or hernia repair） and being discharged from the hospital from August to December in 2011 and from August to December in 2012 were retrospectively compared and analyzed.Results There was no obvious change in the temperature,blood routine and hospitalization duration of those patients who had undergone non-special incision type Ⅰ without application of antimicrobials.Conclusion Non-special types Ⅰ incision surgery without application of antimicrobials would not increase the infection rate of the patients.Besides,it can also help to prevent the development of the drug-resistance bacteria,reduce the incidence of the adverse drug reaction and decrease the cost of drugs.
