摘  要:在杭州地铁1号线乔司北站—临平高速铁路站区间,左、右线盾构先后近距离旁侧穿越沪杭高速铁路高架桥墩,并在临平高速铁路站进行盾构进洞施工。为减少盾构掘进施工对高速铁路桥墩的影响,预先在高速铁路桥墩穿越段两侧(即隧道与高速铁路桥墩间)各打设1排800mm钻孔桩、1排600mm旋喷加固桩。盾构在施工参数设定合理的前提下,成功旁侧穿越了高速铁路桥墩。由于受围护桩保护作用,地铁盾构施工引起的高速铁路桥墩沉降、水平位移都在允许范围内。In the construction of Hangzhou subway Line 1, the shield tunnel crossed under the viaduct piers of Shanghai-Hang- zhou high-speed railway successfully. In order to reduce the influ- ence of shield construction on the high-speed rail bridge piers, bored piles and rotary churning piles (800 mm and 600 mm re- spectively) are set at both sides of the rail bridge pier in ad- vance. Since reasonable parameters are set in shield construction, the shield construction that crossed under Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway has proved to be very successful. The protective effect of retaining pile has effectively controlled the settle- ment and the horizontal displacement of high-speed rail bridge pier within allowable range.
