145例青光眼患者术后疼痛原因分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨引起青光眼术后疼痛的原因,总结有效减轻疼痛的护理对策。方法通过对145例青光眼患者术后疼痛性质、程度等方面观察,综合分析引起疼痛的原因,针对性采取心理疏导、体位干预、眼部护理、用药护理、促进舒适等护理措施。结果青光眼术后疼痛较为普遍,疼痛程度多在4分及以下,疼痛性质多样。导致疼痛的原因主要有组织损伤、负性心理因素及手术切口、缝线或滤过装置造成的异物感等。经相应的护理后,95%患者疼痛感减轻或解除。结论引起青光眼术后疼痛的因素较多,针对不同原因在术后给予相应的护理,可有效减轻患者疼痛,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the factors which caused pain after glaucoma operation and summarize the effective nursing measures to relieve the pain. Methods By observating nature and degree of pain in 145 cases of glaucoma patients after operation, a comprehensive analysis of the reasons causing pain was made, and comfort nursing measures such as targeted psychological nursing, posture, eye care, and medication nursing intervention were promoted. Results After glaucoma operation pain was common with the degree of pain in 4 and below and varied nature of pain. Pain causes included tissue damage, negative psychological factors and the operation incision, and suture or filtration device caused by foreign body sensation. The corresponding nursing accounted for the relief or removal of pain in 95% of the patients. Conclusion Many factors cause pain after glaucoma operation. Giving corresponding nursing after operation can effectively reduce the pain of patients and promote their rehabilitation.
