摘　　要：首先指出我国在电子商务领域,由于法律法规约束的不完善,导致网商间的信用问题频频发生.通过分析网商的定义及特征,指出现阶段我国在网商信用定量评价研究领域的不足,并提出通过构建网商信用指数测度体系来规范化电子商务交易的迫切性和必要性.为克服传统1～9标度系统主观性过强的缺陷,本文采用更为科学合理的指数标度系统优化后的层次分析法,构建出一套科学、完备的网商信用指数测度体系.最后通过实例测算验证该测度体系的可行性.First pointed out that China in the field of electronic commerce laws and regulations from the leading E- traders between imperfect credit problems occur frequenfly, by analyzing the definition and charaeterlsties of E - traders that the stage of China＇s E-tradem in the field of credit Quantitative Evaluation of deficiencies and propose through E-traders to build credit index measurement system to standardize e- commerce transactions urgency and necessity. To overcome the subjectivity of traditional 1 - 9 scale system defects too strong, we adopt a more scientific and reasonable index scale system op ＂tunized AHP build a scientific, comprehensive E - ＂traders credit index measurement system. Finally, an example calculation verify the feasibility of the measurement system.
