摘  要:针对矿山废水呈酸性、含大量重金属离子问题,以膨润土为主要原料,掺加少量碱性材料,高温焙烧制成膨润土复合颗粒吸附剂。从碱度的释放、Mn2+去除率、饱和吸附量及颗粒散失率4方面对钢渣、白云石、粉煤灰、石灰石、炉渣和火山岩6种碱性材料进行对比研究,确定最佳膨润土复合颗粒吸附剂,并用其处理实际酸性矿山废水(AMD)。结果表明,钢渣是膨润土复合颗粒的最佳碱性材料,释放总碱度(以CaCO3计)为122.13mg/g;膨润土-钢渣复合颗粒对模拟废水中Mn2+去除率达99.31%,300h吸附量达130.15mg/g;其散失率小,为2.22%,强度大;膨润土-钢渣复合颗粒对实际酸性矿山废水中Mn2+、Fe2+去除率分别为89.66%、99.28%,去除效果良好。Aiming at the problem of mine drainage being acid and containing heavy metal ions, with bentonite as the main material, adding a small amount of basic refractories, bentonite composite granule adsorbent is prepared under high-temperature calcinations. The comparative study on six kinds of basic refractories which are steel slag, dolomite, fly ash, limestone, slag, volcanic from the release of alkalinity, the removal efficiency of Mn2+, saturated adsorption capacity and the lost ratios of the granule four aspects, to determine the best multifunction bentonite composite granule adsorbent. The results show that steel slag is the best basic refractories in bentonite composite granule, the release of total alkalinity (by CaCO3) of 122.13 mg/g; the removal efficiency of Mn2+ is 99.31%, adsorptive capacity is 130.15 mg/g for 300 h; the lost ratios of the granule of 2.22% and the granule is adamant; the bentonite-steel slag composite granule adsorbent treats actual acid mine drainage (AMD) well, the removal efficiency of Mn2+ and Fe2+ is 89.66% and 99.28%.
