摘　　要：当今社会正处于重大转型期,把握和预见社会转型的特点和趋势,适时调整生产方式、生活方式、休闲方式、消费方式,是促进人与社会健康、文明、理性、平衡发展的必然要求。本文在这个背景下,对转型社会中的生活方式做一学理性的思考,其中社会转型与生活方式的关系、生活方式作为生活实践与学科研究的历史如何发生、当代生活方式的特点与核心体现在哪里等问题尤为重要。Today, society is facing a total transformation. So it is important to be able to master its characteristics and trends to balance and adjust timely production mode, life style, leisure way and consumption way. Under this background, this paper focuses on the relationship between the society transformation and life style, and makes a rational thinking on ： the lifestyle from the materialist conception of history; what is the essence and characteristics of modern life style are and what challenges human beings in future are facing, etc.
