摘 要:针对当前的低碳经济发展模式和有机纺织品标准对染整加工的要求,探索了有机棉织物的染整工艺。织物前处理采用生物酶退浆和煮漂联合工艺,采用双氧水低温活化剂有效地降低了处理温度,提高了处理效果,染色采用直接性小、反应快和固色率高的双活性染料。为了进一步提高手感和质量,织物采用了柔软和预缩整理。经过以上生产工艺,产品的各项质量指标达到优良标准。According to the requirements of the current low-carbon development model and organic textile standards, dyeing and finishing process for organic cotton fabric was explored, The methods of enzyme desizing and scouring and bleaching were adopted in fabric pre-treatment, the hydrogen peroxide low-temperature activator was used to reduce the temperature of the scouring and bleaching effectively and improve the effect of pre-treatment. The dual reactive dyes with low substantives, high reaction rate and high fixation were used in the dyeing. To further improve the feel and quality, the fabric was finished by softening and pre-shrinking finishing processing. By adopting the above production process, all quality indexes have met good standards.
