摘  要:为了改善亚麻纱线的使用性能,研究了胶原蛋白改性亚麻纱线的结构及性能变化。先采用氢氧化钠溶液对亚麻纱线进行预处理,然后经氯乙酸处理得到含羧甲基的亚麻纱线,再利用明胶蛋白溶液对含羧甲基的亚麻纱线进行接枝改性处理,并用活性蓝染料对改性亚麻纱线进行染色试验。采用红外光谱、XRD、SEM等方法对改性亚麻纱线的结构进行表征与分析。同时,测定改性亚麻纱线的断裂强力、断裂伸长率及对活性蓝染料的吸尽率、固色率。结果表明,含羧甲基的亚麻纱线与明胶蛋白以化学键结合;不同明胶溶液的质量浓度对胶原蛋白的接枝率有一定影响;经明胶蛋白接枝改性后,亚麻纱线的断裂强力损失较小,断裂伸长率提高,而其对活性染料的吸尽率和固色率则明显提高。In this paper, the changes of stmcture and property of collagen protein graft-medified flax yarn were investigated in order to improve the usability of flax yarn. Firstly, flax yarn was pie-treated with sodium hydroxide solution, and then treated with chloroactic acid to get carbexymethyl flax yarn, finally, carbexymethyl flax yarn was grafted with gelatin protein solution to get modified flax yarn. Reactive blue dye was used for dyeing test of modified flax yarn. The structure of modified flax yarn was characterized and analyzed by FI - IR, X -ray diffraction and SEM. Meanwhile, breaking s^ength and breaking elongation of modified flax yarn and the exhaustion rate and fixation rate of reactive blue dye were tested respectively. The results showed that the carboxymethyl flax yarn and gelatin protein were combined by chemical bond; diffeient mass concentration of gelatin solution has some influence on the grafting rate; after being modified, the breaking strength of flax yarn decreased slightly, the breaking elongation increases, and the exhaustion rate and fixation rate of reactive dyes increased significantly.
