摘 要:不锈钢短纤维生产防电磁辐射织物过程中,存在着纤维刚性大、加捻困难,在穿着过程中易滑脱、贴身穿着有刺痒感等缺点。设计并纺制了6种不同规格的竹浆/不锈钢纤维包芯纱,介绍了包芯纱的纺纱工艺特点,并对包芯纱的形态、机械性能及毛羽性能等进行了对比分析。结果表明:竹浆/不锈钢长丝包芯纱包覆效果好,纱线既有竹纤维的舒适性,又具有防电磁辐射功能,克服了传统不锈钢短纤混纺纱的缺点。In the production process of anti-electromagnetic radiation fabric, there are some defects made by stainless steel staple fiber such as high rigid, twisting difficulty, easy slippery and prickle during wearing. Six different bamboo pulp/stainless steel fiber core yarns arc designed and spun. Spinning process characteristics were introduced. Morphology, mechanical properties and hairiness performance were analyzed. The results show that: fine core yarn coating effect was obtained, bamboo pulp/stainless steel f'dament yarn not only has comfort of bamboo pulp fd^er, but also has anti-electromagnetic radiation function and to overcome the shortcomings of traditional stainless steel staple blended.
