城镇化建设背景下零售业物流业融合问题研究

摘　　要：简述了零售业与物流业融合的背景,即随着城镇化建设的大力推进,零售业和物流业面临着新的机遇和挑战,两业之间相互交叉、相互渗透,提出了两业融合的设想,分析了城镇化建设加快两业融合的条件,提出了两业融合的路径。In this paper, we first introduced briefly the background for the fusion of the retailing industry and logistics industry, that is along with the forceful advancement of urbanization, both industries faced new opportunities and challenges and were increasingly intersecting and interpermeating, put forward the vision for the fusion of the two, analyzed the conditions provided by the urbanization construction for the fusion of the two, and proposed the path of realization.
