摘 要:研究了集装箱码头运用双小车岸桥的装卸设备配置问题,通过构建一个包括岸桥、龙门吊和集卡的动态多级排队网络,考虑码头装卸运作中的随机因素,建立集装箱码头装卸作业模型,并运用Witness仿真系统来描述集装箱码头装卸系统,用仿真法求解集装箱码头装卸设备的最优配置。通过对系统输出指标的分析得出了集装箱码头装卸作业的最优配置比,仿真结果表明最优配置可充分提高集装箱码头装卸设备的使用效率。In this paper, we studied the handling equipment allocation problem in container terminals using double trolly quay crane by constructing a dynamic multistage queuing network including quay cranes, gantry cranes and container trucks, and considering the random factors in terminal handling operations, then established the handling operation model of the container terminal, and used witness simulation system to describe the container terminal handling system and the simulation method to solve the handling equipment optimal allocation in container terminal. Based on system output index analysis, we obtained the optimal allocation ratio for the handling operation of container terminals, as well as the optimal allocation of handling resources through analyzing the system output index of container terminal, which suggested that this resources allocation method could greatly improve the loading and unloading efficacy.
