摘　　要：描述了生产流程中存在的产能问题,并建立了相应的数学模型,在生产流程中各个工序存在产能波动的情况下,对流程中的在制品库存以及整个流程的产出进行分析,最终通过模型仿真得出流程中各工序的产能波动以及在制品库存在各工序的分布情况与流程产出之间存在相互关联,可以为企业生产流程的控制与管理提供一定的借鉴意义。In this paper, we described the problem of capacity in the production workflow of the enterprise, established the corresponding mathematic model and analyzed the WIP inventory in and the output of the whole workflow where there was production capacity fluctuation in all processes. At the end,through model simulation, we ascertained the production capacity fluctuation of the working processes as well as the distribution of WIP inventory across the processes as well as its relationship with workflow output.
