摘　　要：首先分析了经济型酒店物流外包的原因,接着对经济型酒店物流外包成本进行了分析。通过研究,找到了物资使用成本最低的物流运输次数的确定方法,并通过模型的建立找到了既能降低成本,又能保证物流服务质量的供应商选择策略,对经济型酒店物流外包业务的开展具有一定的指导意义,为其选择物流外包服务商提供了理论依据。In this paper, we first analyzed the reasons for the logistics outsourciug by economic hotels as well as its Cost. Then we identified the method for determining the number of logistics transportations that could render the cost of material use minimal and through establishing the mathematic model found the strategy to reduce cost and ensure service quality.
