摘　　要：研究了东莞市某企业的库存控制策略,首先根据2011年3月至2012年2月的三氯水需求数据对该企业的定时定量库存控制策略进行了分析,计算出目前策略对应的总费用。然后提出了两种修正的库存控制策略,并利用该企业的真实数据进行了模拟计算,分别算出了两种修正库存控制策略下的总费用。计算结果显示,采用定期检查库存的随机库存控制策略可以使企业的平均总费用下降约9.54%。该研究结果可以作为企业制定最优库存控制策略的理论依据。In this paper, we studied the inventory control strategy of a certain enterprise from Dongguan. First according to the demand data of the tri-chlorine water between March 2011 to February 2012, we analyzed the inventory strategy currently practiced by the enterprise, calculated the total cost incurred by then strategy, the proposed two modified control strategies and applied them in connection with the actual data of the enterprise in a simulated example, obtaining the total cost for each of the strategies. The result indicated that by adopting the stochastic inventory control strategy based on regular inspection could reduce, on average, about 9.54% of the total cost of the enterprise.
